shuttle pc

I'm thinking of getting a Shuttle PC as my home computer. I'm leaning towards the K ("Zen") series, because they're the quietest (external fanless power supply!), but I'm concerned that the disk will still make it loud. Does anyone have any good/bad things to say about them? (Linux support for their onboard audio/video? Good retailers to get one from?)

Update: and it doesn't have DVI out? Some places I read claim that VGA quality is good enough. Other places claim the Radeon 9100 IGP can do DVI, but it seems unlikely I'd be able to hook it up if it's not already in the case...? There's discussion about an external TMDS, but I don't really know what they're talking about.
