time tracker?

Someone (I think it was Nat Friedman) a while back pointed at some software that'd watch which windows you had focussed, letting you produce a daily summary of where you spend most of your time. Do any of you remember what it was called? I can't seem to find it. (Does such a thing exist? If not, it'd be easy enough for me to write it...)
