Got mail from a developer of one Undead Linux, which looks to be about as ridiculous as you could imagine, from anti-Microsoft sound bites all the way down to the initial root password being "666". From their front page: "Now the Linux Desktop is UNDEAD, and it has risen from its crypt in search of virgin blood." Right.

Simultaneously, anholt is "...20 years old and a student of Sociology and Anthropology at Lewis & Clark College" (that's the college down the street from Meena's house!) and is working on hardware acceleration for the freedesktop X fork (and compositing manager, it seems?). 20! I'm an old man!
