c-repl lives again

Seeing my c-repl show up in Debian inspired me to rewrite and extend it.

See the new home page, with a more extended session. An extra especially cute feature this time around: #include-ing a header brings all of its functions into tab-complete scope.

It's not solid yet, so feedback welcome.
