So I heard about this when Google launched it, but I never really looked at it:

If you go there and "claim" your site (create a temporary file on your domain to prove you're the owner of it), it'll report on the top search queries, top clicks, pages that wouldn't load, etc. etc.

It's sorta surreal; there are all of these old URLs that I didn't think anyone linked to, but there they are...
